Description
The product mainly contains unsaturated fatty acids and its linoleic acid and Vitamin E (tocopherol) contents are remarkable. 60-80 percent of its tocopherol content is gamma-tocopherol (the most potent antioxidant vitamin among tocopherols) and 10-30 percent is alpha-tocopherol.
The linoleic acid plays a role in several biochemical reactions. It improves the general health conditions, assists the balanced functioning of hormones, furthermore it has good impact on joints and connective tissues.
Besides the appropriate ratio of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, the appropriate ratio of tocopherols plays an important role in the prevention of inflammatory processes and in reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Alpha-tocopherol reduces the production of free radicals in the cells while gamma-tocopherol destroys the already existing ones.
Capsaicin found in the hot paprika seed oil increases metabolism, accelerates digestion and the energy consumption of fat cells thus it has an effect on diets. Furthermore, it is also known about its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, safeguarding of the stomach and enhancing local blood flow.
