Shopping process

1. Please note  our ordering  process. First of all begin by finding the items that you would like to buy view product details and if you'd like to buy an item, please specifiy the items you wish to  purchase and then simply click cart button. You can now add further items to your shopping  basket. When you have completed your selection of items, please click cart on the right hand side of your page.
2. You can now  check the items in your cart and the number of items selected.  You can amend the number of items you wish to purchase or even delete items.
3. If you wish to continue shopping for items then simply click the contiue button or if you have completed your shopping you can now proceed to  checkout button.
4. Enter your email address and password to log into your account. If on the other hand you are a new customer then please register your details with us.
5. Please select or provide a delivery and billing address.

7. Now you can enter your desired method of payment. Currently we have a number of options available.

  • You may choose to pay by debit or credit card. This is the most common method of payment. You can choose  this option through  Borgun banking system.  More information can be found at www.borgun.com
  • You can  pay for products  on arrival on the door step.
  • Bank transfer.  Please note that in this case Items  will only be shipped  once the payment has cleared. We will send you our bank account details on request.,Please note, your products will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment

8. You can now check your order at this point.  if everything is in order then you may now proceed  by clicking Order button.
9. Once we have received  your order you will  be informed by email. You can easily track your order in our online store. Once you have accessed your account  then you will be able to check any previous orders  that you have made.simply by clicking  check previous orders.
